At TableclothsFactory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your event decor. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once authorized, download and print your prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original plastic packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
